Everything You Need to Know About Your Nectar Mattress Return Policy

Customers have one full year (365 days) to request a return and refund. Nectar mattress must be opened.

Wait 30 days after initial delivery for all opened Nectar mattress return requests.

Customers are immediately eligible for a refund or return for up to 90 days after delivery, if you haven't opened your Nectar mattress.

How to Start Your Nectar Mattress Return

Start your Nectar mattress return by emailing Customer Service at support@nectarsleep.com or calling (888) 425-4854. Alternatively, visit the Nectar Return page and click the Live Chat button in the lower right hand corner.

You need to complete your return within 30 days of your initial return or refund request. If you do not complete your return in 30 days, the refund request must be re-submitted.

Submit all required information and documentation requested by Nectar.

IMPORTANT:

Products shipped outside of the United States are NOT eligible for return.

If your Nectar mattress is unopened within 90 days of delivery it is NOT ineligible for warranty claims and returns.

In order to file a request for refund and return, a Nectar mattress must have been used only for its intended purpose, including use on an appropriate base, frame, or foundation. Additionally, any environmental damage, such as mold, due to the misuse of the product voids return eligibility.

Nectar Return Policy Terms & Conditions

You may return any Nectar mattress product for a full refund according to the terms and conditions for each Nectar products. Your return does not include fees for shipping, cost of White Glove Service, state-based recycling fees, and/or promotional values.

Your refund is given in the form of your original payment. If you bought your Nectar mattress with an offer code, the dollar value of the offer code will not be refunded or credited back if any or all products are returned.

If you are exchanging your Nectar mattress, you will follow the return policy first. Once you have received notice of you Nectar mattress return, you then place an order for your Nectar replacement product.

You may only request one exchange. For exchanges, no refunds are given for fees or shipping or for White Glove Service.

You can cancel an order from Nectar at any time prior to processing.
