Nectar and Dreamcloud: These brands offer a generous sleep trial period of 365 nights. If, within the first 365 nights of your purchase, you decide that your Nectar or Dreamcloud mattress isn't the right fit for you, please contact our customer support team. We will process a full refund or offer you the option of an exchange in the form of store credit.

Helix: Helix mattresses come with a 100-night sleep trial. If you find that your Helix mattress doesn't meet your comfort expectations within the first 100 nights, reach out to us for assistance. You can opt for a complete refund or choose an exchange with store credit.

GhostBed: GhostBed offers a 101-Night Sleep Trial. If you're not entirely satisfied with your GhostBed mattress within the first 101 nights, please follow our return process for a hassle-free experience. You have the choice of a full refund or an exchange in the form of store credit.

Posh+Lavish Mattresses: Posh+Lavish mattresses come with a 120-night comfort exchange period. If you find that your Posh+Lavish mattress isn’t the right fit within the first 120 nights, we offer a one-time comfort exchange for store credit toward another mattress. Please note that exchanges will incur a $199 comfort exchange fee, and refunds are not available for Posh+Lavish products.

Avocado Organic Mattresses:
Avocado mattresses come with a 365-night sleep trial to ensure you have plenty of time to adjust and decide if it’s the right fit. Avocado requires that customers try the mattress for a minimum of 30 nights before initiating a return or exchange, as it can take time for the body to adapt to new support. If, after 30 nights, you decide that your Avocado mattress isn’t right for you, Mattress Central can assist with processing your return or exchange directly. Returns are eligible for a full refund or can be applied as store credit toward another mattress. Mattresses must be clean and undamaged to qualify.
General Return Guidelines:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team through the provided contact information on our website.
- We recommend that you try your new mattress for at least 30 nights to allow your body to adjust to the new sleep surface.
- Returned mattresses must be in clean and undamaged condition to qualify for a refund or store credit exchange.
Shipping Costs:
- All mattresses in a box, including Nectar, Dreamcloud, GhostBed, Puffy, Helix, Leesa, and Brooklyn Bedding, ship for free.
- Shipping costs and policies for Sealy, Stearns & Foster, Tempur-Pedic, and Harvest Green Vegan and Organic Mattresses are determined by the respective brand's guidelines.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange your mattress for another model during the trial period, please contact our customer support team for assistance. Exchanges will be processed in the form of store credit.
