You must submit all the required information and documentation within 30 days of your return request in order for the Awara Sleep Concierge to complete your return.
Your Awara mattress must be in condition to be returned, with no wear and tear, in order to be eligible for return.
Awara products are not eligible for return if they were shipped outside of the United States.
You may return any Awara mattress for a full refund according to the terms and conditions for each Awara mattress. Your return does not include fees for shipping, cost of White Glove Service, state-based recycling fees, and/or promotional values.
Your refund is given in the form of your original payment. If you bought your Awara mattress with an offer code, the dollar value of the offer code will not be refunded or credited back if any or all products are returned.
