Wait 30 days after initial delivery for all opened DreamCloud mattress return requests.

Open your DreamCloud mattress within 90 days of delivery, otherwise you are ineligible for warranty claims and returns because of misuse of the product.

The DreamCloud Customer Service team will give you instructions for all required information and documentation to be submitted within 30 days of your refund request.

IMPORTANT:

You must submit all the required information and documentation within 30 days of your return request in order for the DreamCloud Customer Care team to complete your return.

Your DreamCloud mattress must be in condition to be donated, with no wear and tear, in order to be eligible for return.

DreamCloud products are not eligible for return if they were shipped outside of the United States.

Is The DreamCloud Mattress Exchange Policy Different?

If you are exchanging your DreamCloud mattress, you will follow the return policy first. Once DreamCloud has received your return, you will be notified, and you then place an order for your new DreamCloud mattress exchange product.

Alert the customer service team if you are exchanging your DreamCloud mattress because of a manufacturing defect or warranty claim.

The DreamCloud mattress customer service team will give you instructions on how to exchange your DreamCloud mattress by starting your return and placing a new order after the return is processed.

Upon receiving your new exchanged DreamCloud mattress, you are no longer eligible for another return, refund or trial period.

DreamCloud customers only get one exchange. There are no refunds for fees, shipping, or White Glove Service.

You may return any DreamCloud mattress for a full refund according to the terms and conditions for each DreamCloud mattress. Your return does not include fees for shipping, cost of White Glove Service, state-based recycling fees, and/or promotional values.

Your refund is given in the form of your original payment. If you bought your DreamCloud mattress with an offer code, the dollar value of the offer code will not be refunded or credited back if any or all products are returned.
