Terms and Conditions - Mattress Central's 15 Weeks of Giving

Eligibility: The Mattress Central "15 Weeks of Giving" giveaways are open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of Mattress Central and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway Period: The giveaway period begins on Saturday, September 16th, 2023, and runs until the end of the year, concluding on December 31st, 2023.

Entry: To enter the giveaways, participants must complete the provided entry form with accurate contact information.

Only one entry per person per giveaway is allowed.

Entries submitted after the stated deadline will not be considered.
Each weekly entry (1) per person, will also count as an entry for the (2) Grand Prize Giveaways.

Selection of Winners: Winners will be selected at random for each giveaway.

The winners will be contacted via the email address provided in the entry form.

If a selected winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, an alternate winner will be chosen.

Prizes: Prizes vary from week to week and will be detailed in the giveaway announcements.

Grand prizes include a PlayStation 5 Digital Console and the winner's choice of a Nectar, Dreamcloud, Puffy, or Helix Mattress.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

Publicity: By entering the giveaway, participants grant Mattress Central the right to use their name, likeness, and submitted content for promotional purposes.

Privacy: Participants' personal information will be collected and used in accordance with Mattress Central's Privacy Policy. It will not be shared with third parties.

General Conditions: Mattress Central reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaways at any time if fraud, technical failures, or other factors compromise the integrity of the giveaways.

Disclaimer: Mattress Central, its affiliates, and partners are not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for any technical or human errors that may occur during the entry process.

Liability Release: Participants release Mattress Central and its affiliates from any liability, claims, losses, or damages arising out of or in connection with their participation in the giveaways or acceptance of prizes.

Governing Law: These giveaways are governed by the laws of the state of West Virginia, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

By entering Mattress Central's "15 Weeks of Giving" giveaways, participants agree to these terms and conditions and acknowledge that the decisions of Mattress Central are final and binding
