Everything You Need to Know About Your Leesa Mattress Return Policy

You must try your Leesa mattress for a minimum sleep trial of 30 nights before starting your return.

There are no returns or refunds of Leesa mattresses after the 100-night trial is over.

You can only return a Leesa mattress purchase once per household.

How to Start Your Leesa Mattress Return

Call the Leesa Comfort Crew at (844) 335-3372 to start your Leesa mattress return or send an email to support@leesa.com.

The Leesa Comfort Crew will guide you through the return process, confirm your return, and recommend charities where you can donate your Leesa mattress.

You will drop your Leesa mattress off at your charity of choice, and collect a donation receipt, which you will then send to the Leesa Comfort Crew to receive your refund. *Note: if you can't donate your Leesa mattress, the team will give you instructions to return it directly and, once received, will issue your refund.

IMPORTANT:

You must submit all the required information and documentation within 100 days of your return request in order for the Leesa Comfort Crew to complete your return.

Your Leesa mattress must be in condition to be donated, with no wear and tear, in order to be eligible for return. The following damages caused by customers are ineligible for return or exchange: ripped or torn cover fabric; stained fabric; broken zippers; punctured or ripped foam; or a burned mattress cover.

Leesa products are not eligible for return if they were shipped outside of the United States.

Is The Leesa Mattress Exchange Policy Different?

Call the Leesa Comfort Crew at (844) 335-3372 to start your Leesa mattress return or send an email to support@leesa.com.

You must process your exchange within 100 days of your purchase.

The Leesa Comfort Crew will coordinate a pickup of your Leesa mattress and, upon retrieval, process your refund.

You can place a new order right away or wait until the return and refund process is complete.

Upon receiving your new exchanged Leesa mattress, you are no longer eligible for another return, refund or trial period.

Leesa customers only get one exchange. There are no refunds for fees, shipping, or White Glove Service.

Leesa Return Policy Terms & Conditions

You may return any Leesa mattress for a full refund according to the terms and conditions for each Leesa mattress. Your return does not include fees for shipping, cost of White Glove Service, state-based recycling fees, and/or promotional values.

Your refund is given in the form of your original payment. If you bought your Leesa mattress with an offer code, the dollar value of the offer code will not be refunded or credited back if any or all products are returned.

Mattress Central sells the best Leesa mattresses online and in-store. If you have purchased your Leesa mattress directly from us and want to initiate a return please contact us directly and we will help you.
