Everything You Need to Know About Your Puffy Mattress Return Policy
You must try your Puffy mattress for a minimum of 30 nights before starting your return.
When you return Puffy mattresses you will get a refund, no questions asked, as long as you return your Puffy mattress before 365 nights have passed.
You can only return one Puffy mattress purchase per household.
Note: The above dates and terms are only applicable to purchases made on or after February 23, 2026. Customers who purchased before this date retain their original trial terms of a 101-night trial and must test the product for at least 14 nights before requesting a refund.
How to Start Your Puffy Mattress Return
Call the Puffy Mattress Support Team at (800) 430-8380 to start your Puffy mattress return or send an email to support@puffy.com.
The Puffy Mattress Support Team will guide you through the return process, and coordinate the most convenient way to pick up your Puffy mattress from your home.
Puffy covers any transportation pickup costs for free.
You must submit all the required information and documentation within 30 days of your return request in order for the Puffy Mattress Support Team to complete your return.
Your Puffy mattress must be in condition to be returned, with no wear and tear, in order to be eligible for return.
Puffy products are not eligible for return if they were shipped outside of the United States.
Is The Puffy Mattress Exchange Policy Different?
Call the Puffy Mattress Support Team at (800) 430-8380 to start your Puffy mattress return or send an email to support@puffy.com.
You must process your exchange within 365 days of your purchase.
The Puffy Support Team will coordinate a pickup of your Puffy mattress and, upon retrieval, process your refund.
You can place a new order right away or wait until the return and refund process is complete.
Upon receiving your new exchanged Puffy mattress, you are eligible for only one future return, refund or trial period.
The Puffy mattress return and exchange policy is limited to a lifetime maximum of two returns per household.
You may return any Puffy mattress for a full refund according to the terms and conditions for each Puffy mattress. Your return does not include fees for shipping, cost of White Glove Service, state-based recycling fees, and/or promotional values.
Your refund is given in the form of your original payment. If you bought your Puffy mattress with an offer code, the dollar value of the offer code will not be refunded or credited back if any or all products are returned.
